It has taken almost 5 years for Rowan to really get the whole “present” thing.
I haven’t been around for the other openings this past week, but from what I gather, he’d be right with Arwen stalking and pouncing the postman.
This morning I got to watch him open a gift from a friend of ours. He tore into the wrapping like any other kid would and audibly gasped when he saw what was inside.
It was pretty cool.
