I have been working in the baby’s room the last few days. Honestly, all I wanted to do was wash all the clothes, bedding and bathing items. It took almost four loads…and I still haven’t gotten it all put properly away. What a chore….my back hurts so bad. I love looking at all the tiny things……especially the socks.
Now I have chosen what she will wear home. I suppose I am being selfish in my choice because it is very pretty.
When babies are born…..the outside world is so open and cold……they want to be warm and swaddled. I should choose something that would make her feel that way……but instead I chose what I thought she would look beautiful in.
………….I wonder if I will change my own mind. I suppose I should pack both…..because one never knows what the weather will be like here!
